Our gastronomical adventure starts at the splendid and well-tended Barossa Valley, where the sights and sounds of the central market keep us enthralled. Mark Gleeson, a renowned local food expert takes our group on an exclusive gourmet walking tour to sample some of the tantalizing savories. Mark is a wine connoissuer and his brilliant knowledge on the subtleties of the local wine adds flavor to our tasting sessions at the exotic boutique wineries in the area.

Off to Kangaroo islands

Having spent three days in Adelaide and the Barossa Valley, we now fly to a world-class wilderness lodge in the Kangaroo islands. Here we enjoy the splendid bush lands and the expansive coastline of the ocean, while indulging in the luxuries of the lodge. A personalized itinerary has been prepared, so our days are filled with tours of the many exceptional natural attractions and unmatched wildlife on the island. Into the wild

Australia’s wildlife is exceptionally enchanting and unique. We’re left completely bedazzled by the playful kangaroos, adorable Koala bears, and the awe-inspiring sea lions who proceed to walk on all fours with astounding ease. The Flinders Chase Focus tour, takes us even closer to a plethora of wildlife, including wallabies, possums, goannas, echidnas, platypus, along with the extremely rare Cape Barren geese.
