Wellness Retreat in Bali

With its perfect mix of hospitality, culture, tradition and luxury, Bali, has a soul that has a lasting impact on every traveler. From its local traditions along with its impeccable scenic beauty, to tranquil beach bliss and a gastronomic journey, our unforgettable trip to this tropical paradise encompasses various essence of this island. With its bewitching natural beauty and exotic culture perfectly complimented by hospitality and luxurious villa accommodations, Bali has something for everyone, and especially for the romantic in you.

Explore local scene

After an early start, to a splendid sunrise, we set out to explore. The Blabatuh traditional market gives us a hint of the prevailing customs and ceremonies and the Goa Lawahbat Cave Temple offer an inexplicable sense of bliss. A visit to the salt factory gives us insight to the primitive yet efficient process of salt harvesting.

Off to a local village

At the Bali Aga village of Tenganan, we meet and interact with the locals, and get a deeper sense of their traditional lifestyle. The way to the village is dotted with scenic Salak fruit plantations and rice fields. Later, in the city of KlungKlung we stop to view the distinguished ceiling paintings of the KertaGosa Palace. We get a better understanding of the youth of the area on our visit to a local primary school, where the students discuss their religious beliefs, mythology and modern day society.

Gastronomy and scenic beauty

We relish an authentic Balinese lunch, hosted by one of the native families in the Bedugul village. The Bedugul lake resort proffers a stunning view of the Lake Bratan and is the perfect setting to take dozens of pictures, before moving on to the Kintamani Temple. Situated on the Lake Batur, the monument is a soulful marvel in architecture. Our ever-efficient guide has arranged for a private ceremony for wellness at the spiritual abode.

Spiritual bliss

In South Bali our experience continues to be woven around beautiful locations, luxury and modern comfort. Here we revel in the beauty of the temple of Taman Ayun, also a UNESCO world heritage site. The stunning location of the Tanah Lot and UluWatu Temple are well worth a visit. As our trip winds down to an end, our spiritual journey has only just begun.
