Our Group took the Antarctica Cruise from February 13 to 27. All the Shore excursions and excursion prior to boarding the ship and after disembarking were arranged by Lushescapes. The Guides, Transports, selection of Hotels/Attractions and the Meals were par excellence. For me and my wife it was one of the best arranged holidays we have had.
My brother we had an amazing time in the safari. Everything was delightful. Service was really good and the experience was unforgettable. My eldest son literally said a dream came true. We wanted to go to Norway, but didn’t know where to start, but we knew where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do and see. So we contacted Lushescapes and they did it all. From the beginning to the end. From the flights to the hotels, to the car rentals as well as all the excursions in between! It was a seamless trip and they were always on call if we needed anything! We had the most amazing trip thanks to them.. !!
We’ve had the best experience dealing with Lush Escapes. I’ve been on 3 vacations planned by them with my family and on 2 company conventions organized by them. The attention to detail is amazing. If you’re like me and don’t like worrying about the finer details then they take all the planning away from you and sort out literally everything.
Our best experience was in Frankfurt airport where the Car rental company messed up and gave our intended car away. With 4 bags and 4 passengers they were offering me a car which was way above my budget. A BMW X5M . Because the mess up happened at their end, Lush Escape refunded my completely for the increased charge I spent on the car rental. This was a complete surprise.
Bottom line is, over a 10 day trip, mess ups are going to happen. It is inevitable. Having a company know that, address that and ensure you still have the best experience is unbeatable.
